1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of WLF Contracting & Construction (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

WLF Contracting & Construction offers licensed and insured residential and commercial construction services, including but not limited to: general contracting, excavation, site work, septic installation and repair, land clearing, utility construction, demolition, and related construction services.

3. Estimates & Proposals

  • All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of request.

  • Final project costs may vary depending on site conditions, materials, and scope changes.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

4. Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate project information and site access.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and costs.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • WLF Contracting & Construction warrants that all work will be completed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, unforeseen site conditions, or third-party suppliers.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

7. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project stage.

  • Any changes to scope or design must be documented and may result in additional costs.

8. Service Areas

WLF Contracting & Construction primarily serves West and Middle Tennessee, with projects extending into North Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Tipton County, TN.
